Our platform provides a personal connection between those in need and those who want to help, generating empathy through sharing. Through ShareUp we hope to keep communities moving forward in the face of financial difficulty.

how it works
If You Want to Give
Simply click Donate in the header or footer and choose a customizable amount.
Once your donation has successfully been submitted, you will be placed in the donor line. Each donation will be displayed under the Donations page chronologically, and upon doing so will be available to receive requests.
When we’ve reached our maximum allowed donors, we will close the Donation form. Our maximum is currently set at 15.
Requests will be visible underneath your post. Sift through them to find which story speaks to you.
Send an email to shareupprojectbusiness@gmail.com indicating the First and Last name of the recipient you have chosen and why you have chosen them. This email lets us know that you have chosen your recipient, and payment will subsequently be released.
*If you have not chosen a recipient after 7 days, a random recipient will be gifted.
If You Want to Receive

Make an account
Click the Sign Up button in the header to create your account.

Send a Request
Navigate to the Postings page in the header. Read the poster’s reason for donating and see if it’s a match for you. If it is, click Request to tell your story. The poster will read your story and determine if they will release payment.
03.
Receive!
After you have been chosen by the Donor, you will receive payment via the email you provided. Check your email for details on retrieving the donation!
You can send a Thank You message to shareupprojectbusiness@gmail.com and it will be featured on our Posting History page (coming soon).
